Return / Refund / Exchange Policies

RETURNS

Customers MUST send an e-mail to support@christiancamoco.com.com so a claim can be opened. Please note that items returned prior to speaking to a Christian Camo Co. representative will NOT be entertained. Without a claim we will not accept the return.

REFUNDS

Christian Camo Co. doesn’t issue refunds. If you have received a broken or damaged item we will gladly replace it free of charge including the shipping and handling. Customers are asked to send pictures of the defect/damage, or proof that they received the wrong item to support@christiancamoco.com. Printable Return Labels are emailed to the customer for damaged or wrong items received. Items should be sent back within 14 days of delivery; unused and unwashed (if clothing).

EXCHANGES/CLOTHING

Customers MUST send an email to support@christiancamoco.com BEFORE returning anything. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery; unused and unwashed. In the event that a customer changes their mind and wants to return a non-damaged item, or an item that did not fit, store credits will be given - minus the shipping fees - and they will be responsible for the return shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and verification.
We have a SIZE CHART for our customers and the measurement is under the arm from side seam to side seam for the best fit.
